Plan your move from Jobber to CleanerHQ.
Plan your move for CleanerHQ’s October 1 launch. Check your records, full costs, and the steps your team needs before moving a live job.
CleanerHQ launches October 1, 2026.
Name the reason you want to move
Start with a real problem: a quote you cannot check, a missed job change, or a bill that is hard to track. Ask us to show how CleanerHQ handles that task. Keep Jobber if it meets your needs and the move adds no clear gain.
Compare the full bill
Count the same office and crew users in both tools. Match monthly or yearly billing. Add texts, phone tools, card fees, and the time needed to move.
CleanerHQ’s first-year seat example is $78 a month for two office users and eight cleaners. That excludes paid extras, Stripe fees, and any tax. It is not a promise of savings.
Try a small set of records
Keep a copy of your Jobber export. Use a small sample with private details removed. Check client names, contacts, addresses, notes, jobs, and past bills as separate record types.
An import of contacts does not prove that job history or payment records will move. Ask which fields the current import supports before you plan a date.
Run one job from quote to paid
Check the quote, crew details, job record, bill, and payment. Include a job-cost check before the crew leaves. Use the steps your team follows every week.
Move only when the checks pass
Keep access to your old records. Agree who will check the first live jobs and deal with missing data. We do not promise a one-day move or full history import.
Before you decide
Should I cancel Jobber first?
Check the export and run a small test before you cancel. Keep the records you need and confirm the terms of your current plan.
How long does a move take?
It depends on your records and the steps you use. Ask us to review a sample before setting a date. No fixed setup time is promised.
