Give the draft the right details
Start with the address, rooms, tasks, and how often the client needs a clean. Note work that costs extra. A draft built from missing details can leave out paid work.
Read the scope and check the cost
Check what the quote includes and what it leaves out. Allow for crew time, supplies, travel, and other costs. You choose the price and make the final call.
Profit-Guard puts the job-cost question before the crew leaves. An AI draft on its own is not a profit check.
Send the quote you mean to send
Review the client’s name, address, price, and terms. Check any deposit and due date. Send the quote once those details match the work you agreed.
Keep the quote with the job
The accepted work should follow the job through to the bill. If a client adds a room, agree on the new price before the crew does it. Keep that change with the quote, job, and bill.
