Start with a checked bill
Match the price to the finished job and any agreed extras. Check deposits and the balance due. Send the payment link for that bill.
Stripe fees still apply
CleanerHQ adds no payment markup. Stripe still charges its own fees. The rate can depend on your country, card, and payment type. Check your Stripe terms before you count the cost.
A lower app price does not make card fees disappear. Include both the seat price and payment fees when you compare tools.
Paid is not the same as in your bank
A client’s payment and a bank payout are different steps. Stripe sets the payout timing for your account. Holds, refunds, or disputes can affect the funds you receive.
Keep a clear payment record
Keep the bill and its Stripe payment together. Check failed payments before retrying them. Record refunds against the right bill so you can see what the client has paid.

Do I keep my Stripe account?
CleanerHQ uses your own Stripe account. Ask about setup and support for your country. Check the account before you send a client a card link.
Are card payments free?
No. Stripe charges fees. CleanerHQ adds no payment markup. Seat charges and any paid extras are separate.
