CleanerHQ · Compare tools
Compare the cost of running your cleaning team.
Count the same team, use the same billing term, and test the same job. A low starting price means little if it leaves out the people or tools you need.
CleanerHQ launches October 1, 2026.
Start with your team’s work
Pick a task you do each week. It might be pricing a repeat clean, changing a crew, or checking a late bill. Ask each tool to show that task with the same sample job.
Count the full cost
Use the same number of owners, office staff, and cleaners. Add paid texts, phone tools, card fees, and any tax. Check whether the price needs a full year paid at once.
CleanerHQ’s first-year seat example is $78 a month for two office users and eight cleaners. Extras and Stripe fees are separate. It is not a matched plan or a promise of savings.
Check when job costs appear
Profit-Guard focuses on costs before the crew leaves. A report after a job serves a different purpose. Compare when each tool shows the cost and what you can change at that point.
Keep the move small at first
Test a few records before you move all your jobs. Check old bills and job history separately from contacts. If your current tool does what you need, staying may be the better choice.
Before you decide
Which tool should I choose?
Choose the one that passes your main job tests at a cost you can support. The pages below explain what to check and link to current vendor sources.
Is the cheapest seat price the cheapest plan?
Not always. Count all users, fees, paid extras, and the time needed to move. Compare the same billing term.
