CleanerHQ
Chowdhury Rashdi Al Rashid
Meet Rashdi, the founder of CleanerHQ. Read about his software work, cleaning business experience, and the public sources behind his story.
Why I built CleanerHQ
I’m Rashdi, the founder of CleanerHQ. I build software for cleaning businesses to keep quotes, jobs, crew work, and bills together.
I started building software in 2006. I also helped cleaning business owners with day-to-day tasks, including client questions and schedules. That work showed me how much time a small team can lose when its records are spread out.
My work with cleaning businesses
Over the years, I worked with 11 cleaning businesses in the United States. Four became long-term clients. Some of my work was software; some was hands-on office support.
In 2025, I spoke with four former clients about the tools they used. They described concerns about cost, support, and the work needed to keep systems up to date.
Those were four interviews, not a survey of the whole industry. The accounts above are my own. The clients are not named here.
The first version grew from a real job
In 2026, a US cleaning business with 14 people asked for an internal tool. That work helped shape the product that became CleanerHQ.
The business asked for its own tool. It has not given a public endorsement of CleanerHQ, and I do not present it as a reference customer.
What I want the product to do
An owner should be able to follow a job from its first quote to payment. The crew should have the details they need when they arrive.
I also want the owner to see what a job costs. A busy week can still leave too little money after crew pay, supplies, and travel.
See the quote-to-payment steps, job cost check, and job profit reports for the product itself. CleanerHQ launches October 1, 2026.
How I think about the business
I work as a VP of Product at a private equity firm. I do not name the firm or its portfolio here. That role is part of my own work history, not an endorsement of CleanerHQ.
CleanerHQ has no outside investment. I want to keep its costs clear and its team focused on cleaning businesses. That is my approach, not a promise that prices will never change.
Customer card payments run through the cleaning business’s own Stripe account. CleanerHQ adds no payment markup. Stripe still charges its own fees. Read the full price and trial terms before you sign up.
What I do not claim
I have not owned a cleaning company. My experience comes from building software and helping owners with parts of their work.
The product is new even though my software work goes back many years. I do not claim that CleanerHQ is proven at a large scale or that four interviews speak for every owner.
