Send a cleaning quote you can check.
Keep the agreed work and price with the job. CleanerHQ brings the quote, crew work, bill, and payment into the same place.
CleanerHQ launches October 1, 2026.
Price the work you will do
List the rooms and tasks, then allow for crew time, supplies, and travel. Note any work that costs extra. Check whether the price covers those costs before you send it.
Give the client a clear choice
Show the scope, total price, and terms. If you offer more than one choice, say what each adds. Review any AI draft before it reaches the client.
Carry the agreed work into the job
Once the client accepts, check the date and who will do the clean. Give the crew the same scope the client agreed to. A request for a date is not proof that a crew is free.
Check the bill against the quote
Review the finished work and any agreed extras. Then check the bill, send it, and track what is paid. Keep changes with the job so you can explain each charge.
See the full path in a demo
CleanerHQ launches October 1. Bring a sample job to a demo and follow its quote, approval, job, bill, and payment. Use the same costs at each step.
Before you decide
Can I keep my own prices?
Use your prices and costs when you test a quote. Check the result before you send it. A suggested price does not replace your review.
Does the quote confirm a booking?
Check crew time and the date before you confirm. Ask us to show what happens after a client accepts and which steps still need your approval.
