Check consent before you text about a job.
Keep the client’s text choice with their job messages. Check consent and stop requests before you send a job or bill update.
CleanerHQ launches October 1, 2026.
Keep the choice and the words shown
A consent record should show who agreed, when they agreed, and the words they saw. Keep that record with the number. Do not guess that a client agreed because you have their phone number.
Match the message to the choice
Job updates and ads serve different purposes. Do not treat consent for job texts as consent for ads. Check the sender, message, and timing before you send.
Respect a request to stop
Clients need a clear way to stop texts and get help. Respect STOP requests and check the client’s choice before any later send. Apply that check to every kind of text you use.
What the tool cannot decide for you
A saved consent record or blocked send does not prove that every message meets every rule. The rules can depend on the message and where the client lives.
You must check your use of texts. Get advice for your business if the consent wording or message purpose is unclear.
Review the form without sending a text
The consent demo lets you read the optional text choice. The form sends data to CleanerHQ if you submit it. Read its note first; you do not need to submit it to see the wording.
Before you decide
Does the app make every text legal?
No. You still need to check consent, purpose, timing, and the rules that apply to your business. Do not use the tool as a legal guarantee.
Can I send ads after a client asks for job texts?
Do not treat the job-text choice as consent to ads. Check the right consent for the message you want to send.
