Start with the work you priced
Check the tasks, address, and time allowed in the quote. Match the crew to the work and leave room for travel. A longer drive can change what the job costs.
Count each cleaner’s time
Example: three cleaners each need 30 more paid minutes for travel. At a full crew cost of $30 an hour, that adds $45 to the job. These are sample figures; use your own costs.
Check the warning before the crew leaves
Profit-Guard starts with the cost of the job before the crew leaves. Count the crew and travel time for the route you chose. A shorter route alone does not prove the job will make money.
Review changes with the crew
A late job can affect the next one. Check the new times and tell the crew what changed. Keep client notes and the agreed scope with each job.
Use a working internet connection for job updates. Keep another way to reach your crew if a phone loses its signal.
