    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using the CleanerHQ platform, website, or mobile application (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you differ with these terms, you may not access the Service.

    CleanerHQ (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a business management platform for cleaning and construction companies.

    2. Description of Service

    CleanerHQ is a comprehensive SaaS platform designed to manage the entire ecosystem of a cleaning business. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

    • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Managing accounts, contacts, and sales opportunities.
    • Operations Management: Job scheduling, route planning, employee management, and equipment tracking.
    • Financial Tools: Estimating calculators, quote generation, invoicing, payroll data management, and payment tracking.
    • Communications: Client portals, automated notifications, and review management.
    • AI Features: Automated proposal generation and content drafting.

    3. Accounts and Workspaces

    3.1 Registration

    To use the Service, you must register for an account. Upon registration, a dedicated “Workspace” is provisioned for your business, acting as a private tenant for your data. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

    3.2 User Roles

    Access to a Workspace is governed by roles:

    • Owner: Has full control over the Workspace, billing, and data.
    • Staff/Member: Has operational access (e.g., viewing schedules, completing checklists) but is restricted from billing and administrative settings.

    3.3 Security

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Workspace.

    4. Subscription and Billing

    4.1 Plan Tiers

    CleanerHQ offers various subscription tiers, including a Free Tier (with usage limits on quotes and accounts) and paid Pro/Enterprise Tiers (with expanded limits and features).

    4.2 Payments

    We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to handle billing. By choosing a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).

    4.3 Usage Limits

    Your subscription is subject to specific usage quotas (e.g., number of active clients, monthly quotes, or AI generations). If you exceed these limits, CleanerHQ reserves the right to restrict access to certain features until you upgrade your plan.

    4.4 Cancellation

    Workspace Owners may cancel their subscription at any time via the billing settings. Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
    • Attempt to reverse engineer the proprietary pricing formulas used in our Calculator module.
    • Overburden the system with excessive requests or use automated scripts to scrape data.
    • Upload content that is offensive, infringing, or harmful.

    6. AI and Automated Content

    CleanerHQ utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) to assist in generating proposals and other content.

    • Review Required: AI-generated content is a draft recommendation. You acknowledge that you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy of all AI-generated text before sending it to your clients.
    • No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the uniqueness or legal suitability of AI-generated content for your specific business contracts.

    7. Operational & Location Services

    7.1 Location Tracking

    The Service may utilize location data (GPS) for features such as route planning and employee check-ins (geofencing). By using these features, you consent to the collection of location data during active shifts.

    7.2 Safety

    CleanerHQ provides tools for scheduling and equipment management but is not responsible for the actual safety protocols or service quality provided by your cleaning staff to your clients.

    8. Data and Privacy

    8.1 Data Ownership

    You retain ownership of all data (client lists, job history, photos) you upload to your Workspace.

    8.2 Data Isolation

    CleanerHQ employs a multi-tenant architecture with Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure your Workspace data remains isolated from other customers.

    8.3 Service Provider Access

    We may access your data only for the purposes of providing support, debugging, or maintaining the Service, or as required by law.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanerHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of the Service.

    • Calculator Accuracy: The pricing calculator provides estimates based on industry benchmarks and your inputs. CleanerHQ is not responsible for financial losses resulting from under-quoted jobs.

    10. Modifications to Service

    We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (including specific features like AI generation or SMS notifications) at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
