    How do I see all the history and notes for a specific client?

    Every account and opportunity has a complete Activity Timeline showing all status changes with timestamps, notes added by team members, when the record was created/updated, and who made each change. You can add new notes anytime, pin important notes to the top, and edit or delete notes you’ve created. This gives your entire team complete visibility into the client relationship history.

    How do I know the total value of deals we're working on?
